TIME heals all wounds. In few weeks/months, you'll be able to laugh it all off.
First thing first, throw away or hide anything that will just remind you of him. Then get a hobby (make a scrapbook, volunteer for a social activity) or anything that will keep you occupied than sour grape on your failed relationship. Go to a gym, get a make over, try to improve yourself more (pursue masterals if you've finished college, take a culinary course/baking, etc).. in a way, you're helping yourself unconsciously move on and people will realize you're stronger and more productive and independent without him.
Who knows, in this way, you'll find someone A LOT better. Goodluck! =)

It's hard. I'm going through it right now, my boyfriend just broke up wiht me because some 'liable' source told him I cheated. It's a complete lie, but if he doesn't believe me and he believes the two people who hate me the most. Then he didn't love me enough to be trusted. The best way is to not think about it. WHen you find yourself thinking, do somethign that keeps you busy. working out, talking on the phone, singing, watching a comedy movie. Just be strong, you were single once before and you'll be fine. Love doesn't happen just once for most people. =]

Read the book "It's Called a Break-Up Because it's Broken" by Greg and Amiira Beherent (I know I butchered that last name). He's the same guy that wrote "He's just not that into you." If your ex was so great you'd still be together. Also check out http://www.itscalledabreakup.com, it's the website for the book.

Work on you. I just ended a (14 year relationship) and I still love my ex but I won't lye down and just cry or die because of a low life cheater. I am working on myself and I mean every part of myself. My body, hair, my nails, everything even my news goals I have set for myself. Sometimes we have to make us feel good about ourselves and no one else can do that for us but us. Stay busy and your heart will mend fast enough.

Get a hobby, start socialising, keep your mind occupied, your feelings will still be there, but if you've finished for a reason it cant of been that good. And just remember you can have this with someone else.

Start dating other people, hang out with friends and loved ones, work out, go to real work, take walks, write long journals about how you are still feeling but never give them to him. Just let your mind wander and let your dreams soar you'll see he'll be out of your heart in no time, love!

WE'LL YOU JUST BROKE UP AND YOU ARE GOING TO NEED SOMETIME TO GET OVER IT. GETTING INTO ANOTHER RELATIONSHIP WILL NOT BE THE RIGHT THING TO DO, SO JUST FIND SOME GIRLFRIENDS AND HANG OUT WITH THEM. FIND THINGS TO DO WITH YOUR FAMILY AND DON'T WORRY ABOUT WHAT YOUR EX IS DOING. ENJOY SOMETIME OFF FROM INTIMATE RELATIONSHIPS, AND ENJOY BEING SINGLE FOR A WHILE.
