Yes. Albinism has several types, all of which are genetic in origin and do not discriminate between races. The distinguishing feature of many types of albinism is that not only is the skin really light, the eyes and hair are also unusually liight and may have little to no pigmentation. There are other forms where the coloring is more towards "normal", as well.
