Did it ever occur to people that money spent on immigrants and immigration (legal or not) is not "money well spent." Did it ever occur to anyone that, like war or not, money spent on it is validated? Please research the contrast between the economy and war before answering with a mal attitude.

The majority of questions I have asked and answered always have that one person who sites the war in lue of immigration. I am bringing my finding to everyones attention but then I am called the stupid one. lol See, my point exactly. Do you actually think I am the only person who views war and immigration this way? I'm sorry, you are the immigrant (legal or not) so I have to be hospitable and agree with your point of view "just because". And by the way the WAR HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IMMIGRATION! This has been my point the whole time...yet people are still answering this question stupidly. Wars are known to break recessions! If you are legal you took "the test" and should know this, however, this leads me to my other point...immigrants, in general...are not versed on American history.

Food for thought: Soldiers are dying in the war...they are dying believing in the cause and doing it with vigor.

In Los Angelas alone 95% of warrants for murder are for illegal aliens. The guy that was stabbed and killed for his pocket money did not want to die...was not fighting for a cause.

Who pays for crime? Who pays for inmates in jails? Who pays for law inforcement? Who pays the FBI and INS and the thousand other related links? This is not even siting the medical care, food and housing.

With this...I am supposed to believe that I am a "dolt" who is trying to sound intelectual? Quite frankley I can use common sense and see that the total cost of the war and immigration (and all its related costs) are probably neck and neck. If I had to choose which one to cut off...it would be the immigrants. Sorry. Its better to pay for one than the other. In a perfect world it would be better to pay for none...again, given the choice, immigrants would be gone.

Setting up the US Border Patrol so it works right will cost maybe 1/20th of what it costs to deal with the consequences. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure...

You're trying to sound intelectual and you just sound like an ignorant fool. Ask yourself this question are immigrant putting money back into your American pockets? Speaking from an immigrant point of view every week when i get my paycheck (i.e taxes). Is the war bringing down gas prices, saving Americans lives? I think not. So before you go out and talk about things that you obviously don't know about, do some research and stop being ignorant.
I think you should read your question, i am not saying immigrants and war are related,by no means i am answering the question. Which from what i read being a native english speaker, it is talking about money and how much is wasted on illegal and legal immigrant. while stating that war is not wasting money. Which is disagree thats total bs.
I pay for crime, i pay for inmates in jails, i pay for law enforcement, i pay for the FBI, and i pay for my application when i send it in to the ins. If i wasn't paying TAXES out my hard earned LEGAL IMMIGRANT PAYCHECK then i wouldn't give a damn about your uneducated comment, but its people like you that cause America to be the way it is.

can't understand most of your ramblings but do know middle-class Americans are fighting two wars - one on our soil (illegal immigration) and Iraq.....isn't that the way it usually is middle-class fight & the rich reap the benefits!
