how do u unable pop ups so i can have em on?

Ctrl button allows them on with blocker still functional; most pop-up blockers you can click the blocker icon to turn them off for that site.

Hold CTRL when you want a popup to actually popup...this will keep your popup blocker on, but allows you to bypass it temporarily.
