i cannot make any changes from my msconfig system,it says?

an access denied error was returned while attempting to make change in service,you must log on using a adminstrator account to make the changes.

how do i fix this problem.

You answered your own question... Just Log on as an Administrator.

If you don't have the privileges, Go ask your Sys Admin.

Who is your computer administrator? Someone else must have set up the account so you don't have full privledges. You would need to be in the administrator account.
