No. A medical school professor in Essex, England, has studied all ethnic groups, and any possible correlation, and found ZERO correlation to height, hand size, shoe size, etc. Even among families, no statistically significant correlations.
His work is on several anatomy reference sites, so look it up- it is entertaining and he has had thousands of "subjects"!
As for the lady who agrees there is no correlation to height, but had a short partner who was 18.5 inches long, I have to ask her, are you serious? No offense, but that sounds like about 5 inches beyond any verified measurements I've read in anatomy studies, etc.
And of course, remember the rule of thumb: any guy who tells you how big he is, actually has one smaller than his thumb!

No No No!! - my ex, Mike, was 6 feet tall & had large hands, large feet, long fingers, etc - and a very smallll penis. So you can't use any of those old wives' tales as an indicator of penis size. I dated one guy who was actually an inch shorter than myself & he was hung like a mule . . . he was 5 feet 2 inches

No it is not true . Because my ex boy friend is very short . He is only 4"11 in a height but his Rocket is so big. And now my new boy friend is tall .He is 5"9 in a height. His Rocket is so Big and long too. So I could say that you cant determine the size of there ROCKET by looking the height and weight. Why don't you try to look the fingers of the guy specially the thumb and maybe it well help you.

It may be. Why would that notion come into public as much as it is now if it was never proven to be possible? But remember, SATISFACTION doesn't depend on size alone. I'd rather be with a man who's skillfully great in bed (and of course smart and funny, than die in boredom) than a man with just a big thing and nothing more.
