Image ready is the program you would use after photoshop to optimize and prepare images for a website. Image ready will slice images, generate JavaScripts for rollovers, export HTML, create animations and Flash. It is a great program and companion to PhotoShop. I do all of my work in Photoshop first though. Finish with image ready.
