I have completely fallen in love with a co-worker who happens to be my direct supervisor. She is at the Vice-President level and I am a Director who happens to report to her. Everything about her makes me feel like a teenager with a crush. I'm almost certain she has the same feelings for me. I was thinking about trying a secret admirer thing to see if she comes to me and asks about it.
Can anyone help me out and let me know what to do???

You need to make the first move. She may be reluctant because her position in the company is above yours, and she doesn't want you to feel obligated to date her. At the same time, if you make the first move you run the risk of being wrong about her returning your feelings, and any office relationships. The secret admirer thing sounds good, just make it somewhat obvious that it's someone that's in the office, and then ask her friends at work about her reaction, so that you can get an idea if relationships in the office are okay there. Just don't put your job at risk.

ask her out for something casual like a dinner and a movie and see how she reacts to that. You should be able to tell how she feels about you from then. Plus it will give you an idea of how you guys relate outside the office. Good luck

I think the best thing to do is let her know how you feel. The more you keep these feelings for her and from her, nothing will change. Before you get to waist deep in this find a way to get her to explain how she feels about you. Before this ruins a great friendship and business relationship =]

Glance at her every so often, if she catches you smile and look down, not away, then look back to see if she is still watching....body languauge is always a good way to let someone know subtley that you want to be with them.......good luck, otherwise you can always just ask her out for a drink after work, then ask her directly.

Tell her the truth that you like her. Be a man! But, make sure that you are on the right time and on the right place. Telling the truth is the best way to show that you have feelings on her. Most women like honest man. Who knows, the quality of man she is looking is on you.

I think you should like send her some flowers without a not just write her name then if she feels the same she will ask about it if not, well just gather up the courage and ask her on a d8!

maybe you should ask her if she feels the same way. if she doesn't then move on because she might not be the one if she isn't willing to let it down lightly. if she does put it lightly, then you should just stick to being friends and get to know her more. if her actions to making you feel, then talk to someone close to you to tell him/her how you feel.
