Throughout my many years, some of the biggest arguments among family members, were about wills, inheritance and right down to small tiny items not worth a penny. If you think you have been hard done by, consult with a lawyer. I did notice that you did not mention your feelings for your dad, or why you failed to keep in contact with him.

Talk to a lawyer but I don't think you can do anything about it tell the Lawyer that you was full of grief when you singed and did not realize what you were doing.

First off NEVER sign something without legal advice. Now that you have, get a lawyer! Don't waste time and give her time to spend or hide YOUR money...

Aside from hiring a hitman......theres not much you can do, you can always sue her and have a lawyer contest the will, if you told him you did it against your will.
