Exercise a LOT

By changing your lifestyle and eating habits - eat less fast food, replace butter with a dab of olive oil, more fruit rather than candy, etc. water instead of soda, etc. eat more small meals throughout the day instead of three large meals, do not eat three hours before going to bed, limit your alcohol intake to half a glass of wine per night or to one beer per weekend night. And this way you do not give up your food. Moderation is the key.

And walk more: park as far as possible from the store so that you need to walk, take the stairs as often as possible, go for a half hour brisk walk every morning. Try and exercise in a group to inspire you to exercise at least three times per week.

Exercise 5-6 days per week.

I love my food, too. I have lost about 10 pounds in the past 6 weeks, though, just by walking very briskly for 30-45 min. per day.
By happy side effect, the increased exercise tends to decrease the appetite a bit after a few weeks.

Exercise and pick different foods. You don't have to stop eating, just eat something besides fast food and high-fat, high-carb foods like chips, buttered popcorn, etc.

Make small sacrifices. Like stop drinking soda. Or don't eat fast food. It might not make you super skinny but it would help.

I really don't think you can. Unless you change your eating habits to eating nothing but vegetables, you're GOING to get fat. It's really that simple. Eat to live, don't live to eat.

'Nuff said?
