The upper part of my arms are kind of flabby on the under side. How do I get rid of the flab without bulking up?

It is impossible to selectively lose flab in only one place. You lose it over your whole body. Diet and exercise.Women dont' actually bulk up the way they think they will. It is actually very difficult for a woman to bulk. They lack testosterone, which keeps them slender and rather small.

I've seen too many snakes on men, it's beginning to become very cliche. pick something that suits your personality. that's what we told all of our walkins at the parlor. Do you have a reason for a giant python? Is it a reason that would make you wish to keep it forever? even when your're wrinkly and slow? Do you think it would affect your sexuality or dating experieces? if so don't go that route. my best friend bytw has a snake that twists around his arm, he is very content with it. he put a lot of thought in it though as well.

lifting weights can shrink those flabby arms. u can also try cardio exercises, it could trim down ur whole body. there's this cream that u apply called cellu sculpt by avon. i heard it yields best results. gud luck girl! GOD BLESS YOU

Don't worry about it, your not going to bulk up,lol. carido vacular exercise burns fat. answer, step arobics with little hand weights

you'll have to tone up. gym visit or similar exercise. try a rowing machine. eat less/properly- no offense

use low weight with a lot of repititions and it'll tone your arms
