i want to organize a cultural exchange and community service...i want to have any idea how to put up with it in legal ways.....i want to know its legal procedure.......i am inviting foreign youths to the activities with our filipino youths.......please i am serious about this...

I'm not that familiar with Philippine law but if it is something to do with school, then you can talk to the principal about it. First, you will need a teacher to be the advisor. After that, it won't be hard to get members. We have a similiar club in my school where we do a day of student exchanges and explore different school systems. We also raise funds for natural disasters and help out at an old folks home. It's a noble idea and I wish you good luck.

Make an incorporation of your organization,
Choose a good name,
List your members,
Indicate the amount to be contributed,
Specify the purpose of your group,
Elect officers, and
Register your organization as a non-stock corporation with the
government agency regulating corporations.
