Apparitions are a gift from God. The Holy Catholic Church investigates these cases on a individual basis. They are investigated usually after the appirations. Some are investigated during the appirations, if they last for years! Such as Mediguria. THe Holy church does not go around ordering its' billion members to believe them or not to believe them either. If a apparition is found to be true...the church declares them...."worthy of belief".

I personally believe in the major ones such as Lordes, and espially Fatima. In Fatima, hundreds of thousands witnessed the miracles of the rain and the sun, it leaves little room for doubt.

No. Jesus is in the Heavenlies with the Father..or He could be on His way back as we speak but other than the few visions people have experienced along with the Holy Spirit Presence of God..no...Mary on the other hand..well, she's dead. Won't be available for consultation until Judgement and the dead who are in Christ rise first..perhaps then she could appear to someone but I think she'll be busy being shut up in the Holy Tabernacle while Jesus, Michael and the rest of the Heavenly Host deal with what is left of the rest of the earth. i do not believe this. from a subjective perspective this just makes me mad.
objectively however, it is not only blasphemous but also ridiculous and impossible. there's enough material all over the internet showing how dumb claims of these appartitions are, so i'm not gonna blabber on about why it isn't true.
