About 90 oz. because I'm fit at 177 lb.
Rather than the "one-size-fits-all" concept of eight glasses a day, a more rational approach is to drink approximately 0.5 oz of water per pound of body weight (take your weight in pounds and divide in half).
Alcoholic and caffeinated beverages don't count because they make you urinate.

More than I can count. I'm constantly drinking water to stay hydrated because I'm almost always active outdoors.
