i'm egyptian but it doesnt matter the nationality of a woman to make her happy, from ur words it seems that u really love her...
but love is not words, it's actions...show her that u care and u RESPECT her, some tenderness and love, make her feel that she's the one and the only one, show her some romance, let her feel that she will never find someone who will give her the love that u had...express what u feel inside, do it from ur heart and it will be reflected on ur actions...:) just treat her nicely.

surely do not make a hanging gardens for her. Just be yourself and show that you are confident and that you are willing to do anything for her. Show that you can protect her. Middle Eastern Women like a Alpha male but not a stuck up jerk.
