White wine is roughly 70 calories per 4 oz. Red wine is more, depending on the wine. - Just thinking that someone would consume a bottle of wine gives me a hangover.

After 3-4 glasses of wine, switch to seltzer which has no calories and you will feel fine in the am and still have a great time.

The average calorie count of a glass of wine or bottle of beer is about 100-150 calories. Considering the average wine bottle contains about four glasses of wine, splitting a bottle at dinner easily adds 300 calories.
