Nothing, it will just go directly to the pockets of those anscrupolous people in the government; I just hope that God will not curse them down to the last decendant of thier family.... I am a filipino and Im very very tired of this thing... If someone speak about Philippines develpment' all govt personnel rise-up thier hands with pride.. but if you will ask where the national budget goes? rat figure change all of them. where to find this people? In a golden racking chairs under cover ..... Guys always rememeber God See you even though you are covered with gold...... Going to Hell is not a best choice..... think this over and over again.... Life doesnt exceeds 120 years....OK
