Are you talking about the Symbionese Liberation Army? Some nutjobs back in the 70's kidnapped Patty Hearst and brainwashed her into helping them rob a bank. I think their territory encompassed an apartment on the West Coast, but they all ended up in jail. You should move in to the apartment and get elected Dictator for Life.
