i cant concentrate at all.when he touch me, my mind become blank. i really feel nervous.what should i do?

just relax. it is normal to feel excited and unable to concentrate when it is the first time. confidence will grow in time. just make sure he knows it is your first time so he can be very gentle with you. don't forget to use protection from unwanted pregnancy and any STD's, and good luck.

Completely NORMAL. You are going to be nervous....but it should be a good nervous because you should love the guy. If it is a bad nervous and you have any doubts don't do it. Your not ready. Respect yourself, respect your body....Good Luck!

when it was my first time with my b/f i was so nervous, he claimed not to be but everyone gets a little nervous the first time. its normal. just learn to relax and once you do you will enjoy it so much more. honest.
