I think you have serious body issues if you think you need to lose a stone and are a size 8. Did you mean size 18 per chance?

If you're in a size 8, you shouldn't need to lose any weight whatsoever. If you went to any slimming club, they definitely wouldn't let you join if you wanted to lose that much weight. A size 8 is on the low side for a woman's dress size - the average size in the UK is 12-14. And, let's face it, 47 % of women are a 16 or above. Why do you feel that you need to lose weight? If it's puppy fat you want to shed, surely some toning exercises would do the job nicely - for example, Pilates, to tone the stomach muscles, or Yoga, for all-over stretching.
Take a careful look at the image you have of your body, and then compare it with others' views of you. I don't think you're being objective about yourself, and need to concentrate on your body beautiful - which doesn't involve losing more weight.

If you're a size 8, that's an ideal size in women's clothing here in the United States. I'm not familiar with sizing in the U.K. You sound as though you're a little obsessed with weight gain, which would predispose you to anorexia or bulimia, which are both severe eating disorders that can be fatal. You're working out too much, also. Too much exercise in women can disrupt the hormonal system and your periods can stop. Do yourself a big favor and eat a regular, well-balanced diet and cut your workouts down to one hour three times a week. Most women here would kill to be a size 8.

If ur a size 8 you dont need to lose anymore weight any more you are in danger of anorexia if u made a mistake and mean size 18 then go to the doctor and he/she will be able to come up with a healthy eating plan and may refer you to the gym or something cos eating healthy is only half the way exercise is needed to! Good Luck

I agree with the answers above,
Size 8 is perfect , you probably look great but my guess is there's something else here : lack of confidence , your mind telling you if you loose weight guys will like you more or you will be happier . Also working out 5 times a week is not healthy either , go out and enjoy yourself
These are nonsense whatever size you are you need to love yourself and don't worry about this things .People who care about you will like you no matter what

Don't "diet" persay, just watch your caloric intake for about a week. Keep it light and simple in food, and don't go over 1300 calories per day. Drink lots of water. Aqua is the best weight loss solution. If you're working out as much as you state, then you shouldn't have any problems. Your body has probably plateaued and you just need to kick start your metabolism again.

Lower your calories at meal times. As for the puppy fat, take
a little exercise, cycling or running. Replace liquids drinking
water and no cokes or pops. Cut you sugars, chocolate, cakes
ice cream. Once you reach your goal, you can go back to
chocolate and cakes, but do not overdo anything, and continue
drinking water and taking your exercise.
