For an English speaking Country I would have to say Irish, I just find it so fantastic!
As for non-English speaking my nod would have to go to the French, the true language of love!

Arabic, I love to cuddle up at night and have my husband whisper a storyin my ear in arabic. I can't understand a lot of it but it sounds so soothing!
