for starters, one should only use a soft toothbrush. Another point: toothbrushes get a lot of wear-n-tear and need to be replaced every three months.

As for brands of toothbrush, you can get an inexpensive toothbrush for under $1. It's not the toothbrush so much, it's HOW you use it. :)


IF you don't wish to replace your toothbrush at the moment, run it under hot water to soften it but do realize that it's a quick fix and that it will need to be replaced soon! :)

If you run it under hot water before brushing your teeth it makes it softer. But really, you'd be better just buying a soft or medium bristled toothbrush in the first place.

Buy a soft bristle brush to begin with that helps.

Run boiling water over the toothbrush.

after it get used the bristles slowly soften.rub it against your finger or something
