You can check about breeders and kennels over internet.
one useful website is www.poulvet.com which has list of breeders , kennels and list of classifieds . As you dont find many breeders or kennels who have lhasa apso pups ready you might have to buy them somewhere else and get it sent to you by plane. A good breeder will take care of arrangements and makes sure pup is comfortable during transport. I got my Lhasa Apso from Calcutta and got it sent to Hyderabad over flight

There is a dog show in New Delhi on the 31st of December you will find the best of breed and the names of breeders there
