My bf and I been together for about 9 month, he is the only guy I have been loved with all my heart and he said that he loves me and want to be with me for ever. We don’t see each other a lot because of school and work anyway he mad me mad because last night he called me and said?? How come u didn’t call me? I said I was about to call u and he said ok then I will talk to u tomorrow and hung up, so I called him right back he didn’t answer me I called him 20 times he didn’t answer me ?? And all day today he didn’t call me back this is not the first time he does this. he always blame it on me HOW CAN BE series with him how can I just ignore him and when I do if he call me back what should I say?????????? How should I handle my self please guys help me…

He sounds like a complete idiot. I don't like game playing it's not fair and he shouldn't be doing it. Tell him this and say if he continues to do it you'll end it then stick to it. It doesn't show respect and you're right it makes you question how serious the relationship is.
Alternatively, you could just ignore him when/if he does ring you today and give him a taste of his own medicine. Ignore him by going out with your friends or family, turn your phone off or give it to a close friend to look after.

but anyway i do not recommend that you keep this relation with him, he's manipulating ur feelings and he's making fun of u , he's not a mature guy.
I'm sure u deserve better and u will find the right man 4 u, a man who really cares about u and ur feelings, u r still young and u have a whole life in front of u. just wait.

Play fire with fire...let me tell you about men....they only do what you allow them to. He knows that when he hangs up on you that you are going to call him back. He feeds off of the attention. The next time he hangs up DO NOT call him back. When he decides to call don't answer. I know its gonna be hard but you have to put your foot down or else he will play you every time. When he asks whats your problem....cause he will let him know that you don't have time for games and when he decides to grow up to give you a call.

play him at his own game - dont ring him and when he does ring - dont answer the phone - see how he likes it.
If im totally honest he sounds like a wanker and im sure you could do way better. you;re obviously still young if you're in school so trust me you'll find TRUE love in time.
