I am Too Depressed, How Can U Cheer up?! my Self -Condition Is Too Bad cos of Work, Would U Cheer Me Up Pls ?!

If you are that unhappy at work, please try to find another job...I know that is easy to say, but I have been through that.

I have been harassed, threatened, and I got so depressed, I ended up seeking a therapist.
I couldn't stand to walk into the place anymore, let alone work...I went through the proper channels, and they did nothing to help me.
I think it made things worse, because other Supervisors and Managers started to retaliate against me, I feel so Bad for you.

I don't know what kind of troubles at work you are having, but don't let them do that to you....I ended with a Lawyer, and I am still in the midst of it..(Going on two years)
A work place should provide a safe environment for you to work in and if Human Resources are not willing to help you, and the (Union) if you have one, won't help you, get out of there, you have options.

If that is the case, they are taking away your livelihood, I don't know if this cheered you up or not, without knowing the kind of problems at work you are having, but I do feel for you.
DON"T LET THEM bring you down.

There was a preacher and he loved to play golf. One Sunday he woke up and it was beautiful outside. He thought to himself "what a great day for a game of golf." He wrestled with it for a while and finally decided to play golf instead of giving the sermon. So he called up the assistant pastor and told him he was sick and asked him if he would give the sermon that day or him. The assistant pastor said he would.
The preacher quickled and loaded his golf clubs into his car and then drove about 50 miles away to another town and golf course so he would not run into anyone from his church.
Well God and one of his angels were watching the preacher.The angel turned to God and said did you see how h lied so he could go play golf instead of giving your word to his congregation? God said nothing.
The preacher teed off and low and behold he made a hole in one. He was estatic and couldn't believe it.
The angel asked God why he let him make that kind of a shot for. God did not reply
The preacher teed off again and again he made a hole in one. this went on for the whole game and each time the angel kept asking God why he was allowing this to happen and God did not reply to the angel.
Each time the preacher made a hole in one he kept feeling happier and happier and could not believe his luck.Finally the game was over and the preacher had played the most perfect game of his life. The angel by this time was very angry and he asked God why did you alow him to have such happiness and joy by giving him a perfect game. God turned to the angel and said " Who is he going to tell?"
