Well gettinng tired after you eat may be a sign of over secretion of insulin.Insulin is the hormone involved in mitosis and above all control of blood glucose.I'll use the sugar high as an example. Most people experience a high after eating a large amount of sugar followed by an extreme low. What's happening here is your blood glucose spikes to well above where it should be causing the high. Then insulin is secreted to control the blood glucose but does so often over compensating and dropping your blood glucose too low resulting in decreased energy levels. The pain in your side and nausea could be a sign of gastric ulcers or gall bladder dysfunction particularly if fats have a more profound effect. In any case a doctor would be better able to tell you what's wrong and it's probably a good idea because these could be early warning signs of more serious illness like gall stones and type 1 or 2 diabetes.

It sounds as thou you may have Irritable Bowel Syndrome ( IBS ).
IBS is a A chronic condition characterized by abdominal pain, cramping, diarrhea and constipation. Also referred to as spastic colon.
Disorder in which the nerves that control the muscles in the GI tract are too active causing it to become sensitive to food, stool, gas, and stress. Causes abdominal pain, bloating, and constipation or diarrhea. Also called spastic colon or mucous colitis.
