Don't know about the book but the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi was the inventor of Transcendal Meditation and became famous for hoodwinking the Beatles in 1967 and luring them to Rishikesh in India where he tried to convert them and get his hands on their money. All the Beatles attended together with Donovan, Mia Farrow, one of the Beach Boys and others but the Maharishi became discredited when he tried to sexually molest one of the ladies in the party. The Beatles dropped him although George Harrison continued his interest in Indian mysticism until he died.
More recently the Maharishi was linked with the Natural Law Party, a political organisation that tried to win seats in the British House of Commons where, it said, if it got power it would abolish all law and let Nature take it's course. Since the Maharishi spouts such rubbish regularly any book containing a list of his sayings would be bound to be humerous.
Good luck with your search.

I had this book in 1973 or 1974 in Chicago. A girl friend of mine borrowed it. After few months when asked to return it she claimed that she had already returned it to me. That was a lie and I never saw her again. I have been looking for this book for 3 plus decades.

I read that joke book 25 years ago. It was really funny. I'd love to read it again but don't know where to find the book either. Let me know if you come across it on some website. franklandinojr@yahoo.ca

My parents borrowed that book when they went on a cruise and someone walked off with it! I had only had it a few days and had not even read the whole book! Have looked for it several times.
