Punishment comes as result of the choices that are made by us. God has given man the previlege to decide on whatever one wants to do. He does want to compel u to do his will. he however hopes that u take the ryt way. Put on the amour Of GOD and all punioshment will be wiped. Stand and dont fall. Endure in times lyk this and u'll be blessed

People are not usually doing right, many are not saved and many hate hate God. Sometimes a nation is punished for rejecting God, but people as individuals are going to have good times and bad in life. The devil comes to kill, steal and destroy. But God has come that you might have life and that more abundantly. Every good and perfect gift comes from God the Father. Man makes decisions and there are consequences for them, good or bad, don't blame all the bad on God. God is good.

We are not doing everything as God wish no one is ever completely doing that except the the son of God and even Jesus had to die for you and me and that alone should be the question of why the punishment. God holds your future and your heart has to be right with him at all times. Every sins has it's own penalty.

Big question!!! You need to look at the answer in the Bible. You won't like it but it is what the Bible says:
Romans 9:18 "So then He has mercy on whom He desires, and He hardens whom He desires. 19 You will say to me then, "Why does He still find fault? For who resists His will?" 20 On the contrary, who are you, O man, who answers back to God? The thing molded will not say to the molder, "Why did you make me like this," will it? 21 Or does not the potter have a right over the clay, to make from the same lump one vessel for honorable use and another for common use? 22 What if God, although willing to demonstrate His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction? 23 And He did so to make known the riches of His glory upon vessels of mercy, which He prepared beforehand for glory."
God is God and He does what He likes and even though people don't like it there is nothing that we can do except recognize Him as God and accept His will.

Dear Sir,
All of us know that GOD knows every thing & every thing will be done as per his accordance. But we should remember one thing. As our "Karma" in the previous birth which carries to this birth along with our don'ts in this birth will carry along, we should get punished by the GOD. Otherwise, you will carry this into our next birth. The intensity level of the punishment may decrease if we pray him. But in my view, we should not ask for that. We should ask only for his "PADA CHARANAM".
A small learning - In the childhood, if we have done a wrong thing, our parents will punish us even that we are thier children and also becoz they want to put their children in the right path.
So, THE CREATOR has a right to punish us & put us in the right path - As we are all his CHILDREN.
Regards
Anuradha

Well just tell me what is it that is being done according to God's wish? Yes there are people who are doing God's wishes and they are not being punished but the Majority are not doing what God wants even though doing what God wants us to benefits ourselves anyway

Direct punishment sometimes comes. Direct blessings always come. We will be punished for acting contrary to the will of God and not repenting.

Sounds Old Testament to me. When Jesus Christ came to earth to put forward the Divine Human form and a perfect life example, God's will was revealed as all peace and healing.

The trials and tribulations we go through test our faith. Remember, the devil is the liar, not the Lord. The devil is the only one making you feel this animosity...give him another black eye and remind him that you are the head and not the tail with the free will God gave you to do so. ; )
