Depends on what the stress is. I've found that crying helps me.

Not very well. I suck it up and dig in. I lift like an animal and pretty much move at my own pace and do things I like. If I am stressed it stays with until the job is done no matter what I do. I think it hits me mostly at night when I am trying to sleep. The more you take on the more stress you will have. More then anything the thing that relaxes me is throwing balls to my dogs .

every one handles it differently. what most people do not under stand is u have to find what works for u. certain kinds of stress can be handled by a good hard crying jag. other kinds of stress will take some thing far different & more aggressivein manner. so it will take just as an aggressive way to deal w/it. play with different things to see what will work for u. u also might find that will help in its self."bye."

Stress is something that is almost impossible to avoid, because of the way that we are wired. With that said though stress can be easily dealt with in many ways as listed in the website below.

I think stress good in small amounts.

but i handle stress by not stressing. c'mon there are people in the world with no food man!

if that doesnt work chillout enjoy the scenery, MEDITATE!

3. Go on a holiday.
4. Talk about it to friends
5. Stop worrying and start thinking peacefully.

A nice long bubble bath is great.. talking to a love one, take a nice long walk and exercise.
