No it is not normal. Is shows that your muscles are weak. Try doing this exercise. When passing urine, stop mid way. The muscle you use to stop passing urine needs to be strenghtened. Whenever possible tighten it as above at least 200 times a day. With consistence, you should see a change within a week. If there is no change, seek medical advise

I have NEVER had it happen to me by a man. It may be a sign that some thing is very wrong. Go and have it checked out by a doctor and be honest with him about what happens.

Yeah, it is. Lots of people have it. It's called overactive bladder syndrome. There's a thing you can take for it by prescription, called Detrol LA. There are commercials on TV for it.

my little spitz pees when she gets excited too, she jumped on my lap at mcdonalds drive thru and peed all over me when they handed me the food, one time the girl scouts came to the door selling cookies and she jumped up and peed all over the girls leg and it was running in her shoe, i bought 10 boxes of cookies because i felt so bad. maybe you should try wearing a condom all the time so it doesnt happen anymore
