Interesting article friend, thank-you for drawing my attention to it.I have read theories on how the first enzymes, proteins, amino acids, etc, etc came into being but never anything conclusive. As your article seems to state the closer you look at the science the more evidence you find for intelligent design in everything that surrounds us. Design only possible by a Divine entity of some sort. Still I remain a cynical sceptic of all religion but I do appreciate the fact that where Christianity(the faith I was brought up with) tends to argue against science and ignore or repudiate it at every turn. Whereas Islam will at least look for Scientific evidence for its beliefs and has never abandoned learning for faith like medieval Europe did. I hope the rise in Islamic fundamentalism is never allowed to destroy the long and glorious tradition of learning and libraries produced by it, like Christianity did in times past. Salaam Alaykum.

amino acids could not be formed on this planet because they oxidise, which means basically they are destroyed. So scientists claim that no oxygen was present on early earth.

BUT if there is no oxygen, there is no ozone, because ozone molecules are made up with 3 oxygen atoms.

So then if there is no ozone, radiation would have destroyed the amino acids.

just a thought.

:edit: to those who say primative enzymes are not complex, do you understand how enzymes work? the most simple enzymes are borderlining the job of an enzymes, and worthless protein.

Do you know how complicated the simplest protein is ?

I don't know how the first enzyme came into being, as I wasn't present at the time of creation. God, as presented in the Bible, was there, and He will make all things clear as it serves His will, as the science of cosmology has already taught us...

Islam, as taught in the Qu'ran, does not teach that we need to look to God for these answers, only to kill that which disagrees with the Qu'ran...kinda surprised that God (Allah, in English) would react this way to information derived from science, friend.

This is the best that I know, based on my searches and struggles with science and faith. So far, God the Father, in the Bible, has provided answers to these questions via science, and I have sought Him fairly.

He has done more for me than I could possibly imagine or dream...Jesus remains Lord, Hallelujah!!!

Enzymes are complex, but the first would not be THAT complex - and don't forget you only need an interaction algorithm!
