Magic Movie Video Toolbox, how does it work?

Since the cd that came with the Vibe MP3 player doesn't work I had to download this from the official site but it doesn't come with any instruction and I don't know how it works. What do I need to do to put video on my Packard Bell Vibe 500?

and enter the serial number into the page so you can find and download the manual.

You can't put video on an MP3 player - not so that it plays anyway.
