If i convert to Islam, do i have to stone people to death, and can i still eat a bacon sandwich?

Stoning to death while being mentioned in many religious texts is practised only in Islamic countries such as Iran, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Afghanistan, and the United Arab Emirate. Stoning as a form of capital punishment has not existed in the countries of the Western World for centuries (if at all). I don't know whether actually throwing the stones is compulsory for muslims. Eating pork is prohibited for muslims but sorry, I do not know the punishment for it.

FOR MARISSA- People practising the "religion of peace" cannot even live amongst themselves, forget about living with people of other religions. See Iraq where saddam routinely tortured, gassed and killed hundreds of thousands shias & kurds. Now that saddam is gone both shias and sunnis are just doing what they are good at ie. killing each other @ 100 per day (official figures), unofficial figures are anyone's guess. Check pakistan where shias & sunnis routinely bomb packed mosques of other communities and bump off their religious leaders. See bangladesh which has seen upto 50 bomb explosions in a day...

Incidentally you just do not get what the question is all about. The Q is about what the law in the country says. No LAW in ANY country (save Islamic countries) says to stone the person to death for what he has done in the privacy of his bedroon and between two consenting adults. No law in any country allows for child marriage(except Islamic countries). No law in any country allows for burning of the bride to death or incest etc.
Still don't get it - well let me give you an example - No law in any country justifies murder. Biut if a person murders you hold the person personally responsible and not the entire country. But the law in Islamic countries provides for stoning to death, so here Islam and the country is responsible and not the individual.

No, you do not have to stone people to death; after all did not one of their prophet (Nabi Isa) said something about he who has not sinned cast the first stone. You can still eat a bcaon sandwich as they now produced chicken ones, beef bacon and even vegetarian bacon (but it will not taste like the original).

people are stoned to death only if they were married and commeted adultery , provided either 4 people testify that they were caught in the act, or they confessed and wanted to be purified by being punished.

Of swine: Qur'an 5:60 ...Those who incurred the the curse of Allah and His wrath, those of whom some he transformed into apes and swine.

God asks that you dont eat this animal. Had Eve had some self control...? As good muslims know, God/Allah has provided all sustanence on earth for man. Refraining from this animal shows respect for all that He has provided and teaches self control.

well first of all religion and islam is no fun. only people with real guts to follow all 10 commandments can be a part of it.

1. we muslims do not change the WORDS OF THE GOD in Holy Books like others do.
2. nor do we say its ok to call out our God's name when we are making out,
3. nor do we sit back and enjoy false propagandas, images and statues, and theories against our Gods like how some people enjoyed Da Vinci Code.
4. and as for those who are killing people, i dont consider them to be a part of my faith. infact they are a disgrace to islam and Allah, be it a muslim or be it anyone else.

and to support this is the verse from Quran will show that Allah condems unnecessary and unwanted fighting and killing in His name as well as in the name of his messenger muhammed-pbuh (verse 32). it also says describes the punishment in Hereafter for such people who kill innocents and cause mischeif in this world (verse 33), be it muslim or who so ever. punishments are sdame for all those who cause misheif on earth.
