for muslims only?

i am a proud muslim...and i have a friend...he is a christian..i really like him and i dont want him to end up in hell...i know islam is the accepted religion...bt how am i going to convince him that islam is he religion? wat am i going to tell him fo believe me

You just practise the proper Islam which our Quran and Sunnah have taught us. You don't have to tell or argue with him. leave him alone, but when he do clarify about your practise just tell him why do you do it. I hope that you are well educated about islam from Quran and Sunnah (sources of Islam) and not just doing what you parents or teachers have taught you in the name of Isalm.
You may guide him to some books or sites if necessary

first let me tell u something mentioned in the Quran

Qur'an 2:256.
Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error: whoever rejects evil and believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold, that never breaks. And Allah heareth and knoweth all things.

that said, if u really like each other (freinds or more than that) and if u want him to know about islam (dont think of anything right now, just introduce him to islam), the tell him the basics about this faith. like:

the 5 pillars
get him a copy of Quran
show him that islam is not what many people misunderstand

and do all this not with an intention of converting him, then it will never happen. do it for good intention of him knowing what islam actually says and what/who a muslim is. first let him know what islam is all about. let him get it to know it better through u. once he knows about islam, it is still upto him to decide.

well neither u nor any one can push him into accepting it and also see to it that he is not converting for ur/ur loves'/freindhip's sake. Allah wants people to accept islam just based on Him, not for u and me. Allah says that no one should turn to islam for any man, but Allah Himself will give guidance and call them if they are chosen.

it depends on both of u and ur levels of comfortability, if he has any restraints its better he doesnt convert. if he converts for ur love and u, then later some complications may occur. and moreover a person will luv u for who u are and not for what u will become for them. and the same applies to u.

salam! I'm glad that u are a muslim sister, first of All always remember that we muslims must have Sabar (patience), and also always keep in mind in Islam there is no compulsion in religion. If you really like the guy, the only way for you to be with him is if he is a muslim. Otherwise, ur relationship will end up in Jinna, a very grievious sin. Ok heres my Advice, If you like the guy as a friend only, we have no problem here, becoz hes just a friend and u can inform him all about Islam with no hassle at all. Just like making a religious dialogue with him.

But if u like him like ur falling in-love with him, ask urself is this not a one-sided love? does he likes you too, the way you like him! If this is the case, then this will be a bit easy becoz, you could convince him to know and study Islam, knowing that he can easily get into ur heart and eventually learn that Islam is really the true religion and that he is willing to revert to Islam if he wants to marry you. Allah SWT by his power will give him hidayah (Blessings) and through the knowledge he learned about Islam he will realize that u r just a medium who made him introduce Islam, and Allah gave him the realization of the truth about Islam. He will then accept Islam not becoz of his love you, but becoz he realized the truth. Then he and you will have a good Islamic relationship. First, the love for Allah, and then the love and mercy between yourselves.

BUT if u have a one-sided love, that is, you only like him, but he doesn't feel the same way as you do, just like ur just friends. Then It will be useless for you to like him that much. But then again never stop informing him about Islam. Stay just friends though until maybe just maybe he will love you, but its just a probability though. If it really doesnt reach there, still, inform him about Islam but find a suitable muslim man for you.

Thats It! Moreover don't forget to always have Sabar (patience). Its is what we as muslims truly must have against challenges, problems and trials in our lives. Whether in hearts, mind and soul, we must always apply Sabar.

As you said that you are a proud Muslim, why do you think that what should you tell him.

What I would tell you is that Muslim females are not allowed to marry a man out of Islam but the opposite is allowed i.e. a muslim man can marry christian female.
Islam is the religion of goodness just introduce him to the very basic knowledge of Islam. He is always welcomed to Islam and if u convert him to Islam then Paradise is sure for you, Allah has promised it.

I'm glad you asked this question..first, why not try to convince him to see some speeches or debates concerning Islam and christianity by Ahmed deedat or Dr. Zakir Naik...He might be surprised when He finds out what he's been following all along...and for the record I'm an Indian...

Well, you can't force him to believe. Pray for him and ask Allah to show you a way to communicate with him the truth about Islam. Sometimes, words are not the way, sometimes actions are. May Allah bless your efforts.

How do you know he will go to hell or heaven. Only God can answer that question. Anyway a good way for you to find out whether all muslim goes to heaven and all non-muslim goes to hell is to get all the muslim to die first then come back and tell us whether they all went to heaven or hell.

True religion of God since the beginning of this world is:
TO BELIEVE IN ONE ALONE GOD___ TO PERFORM GOOD DEEDS___ TO BELIEVE IN THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT AFTER RESURRECTION.
True religion was always the religion preached by all the messengers and true religion was always changed, modified or corrupted after the messengers by the followers of the evil forces under the instructions of Satan. Thus, after one messenger another messenger appeared to correct the false and to preach the truth. In fact all religions of today were one great religion because all religions appeared after the true religion and the true religion was always:
TO BELIEVE IN ONE ALONE GOD___ TO PERFORM GOOD DEEDS___ TO BELIEVE IN THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT AFTER RESURRECTION.
All the messengers preached the same___ before man or idol worship. True followers of the messengers always followed the True religion and there was no difference of message of the messengers.
For example:
Jesus preached:-
1.HONOUR GOD
2.WORSHIP GOD
3.SERVE GOD
And today’s Christian leaders preach
1.Honour God and Jesus
2.Serve Jesus
3.Worship Jesus, Holy Ghost and God
Same is the case with Muslims. Muslims at the messengers’ time believed in God and followed and worshipped God only___ today’s Muslims follow the religion of their leader and call it Islam. Though, messenger Muhammad clearly mentioned the true religion is Islam:
TO BELIEVE IN ONE ALONE GOD___ TO PERFORM GOOD DEEDS___ TO BELIEVE IN THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT AFTER RESURRECTION.
On record is his word that Islam is to believe in God and to remain firm on that. So, even today we believe in the true religion of all nations__ according to the saying of all messengers.

Krishna Jee said to his father:-
‘Leave worship of all demi-gods and worship One, Alone God Only. Who is the Great Master and to serve whom is the duty of the slaves of God.’
God said to Moses:-
“I__AND I ALONE___AM GOD
AND ALL OTHER GODS ARE UNREAL.”
And in Quran God says:-
“I__AND I ALONE AM THE NOURISHER OF THE UNIVERSE.”
And, the word GOD means:-
1.G___ FOR GENERATOR OF THE UNIVERSE
2.O___ FOR ORGANIZER OF THE UNIVERSE AND COSMOS.
3.D___ FOR DESTROYER OF EVERYTHING.

All Holy Books tell us, that everything will be perished and nothing will be left but The One, Alone God to resurrect all whom God created for the judgement. All the messengers sent to mankind by the Great, AlMighty God__ died but the true religion of the God lives. So, to be the one nation of God:
BELIEVE IN ONE ALONE GOD___ PERFORM GOOD DEEDS___ BELIEVE IN THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT AFTER RESURRECTION.
If your friend believes in One AlMighty God Alone, and does not ascribes any partner or son or any thing else in the sharer of Gods soverengity ten there is nothing to worry about. The accepted religion as you said is only to
BELIEVE IN ONE ALONE GOD___ PERFORM GOOD DEEDS___ BELIEVE IN THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT AFTER RESURRECTION.
Beware please! The mankind at large___ is not a Jew, nor Hindu, nor Buddhist, nor Christian, nor Muhammadan or so on. Instead all nations and all races are children of Adam (PBUH)___ and the most dignified creature of the Creator__ and the Creator is the Holy One. Who has commanded Adam and his children___ to believe in the Lord’s Absolute Oneness__ and to act, exactly, in accordance with the Lord’s Commandments. Otherwise, on the Day of Judgement___ they will be among no community but the condemned-ones.
