You could try this one.
Ingredients

Tortellini pasta ( the one that has cheese/ham in the middle)
6 rashers bacon (can be smoked if you prefer)
5 sausages ( I prefer Lincolnshire ones for this)
1 tin baked beans
1 small tin sweetcorn
a block of cheese grated

Method

Cook bacon and sausages under the grill
Once cooked cut up into bit size pieces
Put in a Wok with beans and sweetcorn, whilst these are warming through cook pasta, drain pasta and add to the wok. Stir round to make sure everything is covered. Place in a lasagne type oven dins and level off, add cheese covering the top and place in oven for 20 minutes or till cheese is golden. Dish up and enjoy.

If you want you can add some garlic and herbs to give a bit more flavor.

Hope you try it. it's good and my boyfriend can't get enough when I make it.

Three Cheese Cavatini

1 lb uncooked rigatoni pasta (or similar shape pasta)
28 ounces spaghetti sauce (or use your own, you may need more if you like it saucy)
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup chopped onions
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup diced pepperoni (or sliced pepperoni)
2 cups low fat cottage cheese
2 cups part-skim ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook pasta according to package directions to "al dente".
While pasta is cooking, saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in olive oil until tender, remove from heat to cool, do not drain.
Combine cottage cheese, ricotta, egg, herbs and seasonings.
Mix cooked pasta with sauce and sauteed onion mixture, and spoon half into bottom of 11" x 13" glass pan.
Spoon cheese mixture on top of pasta, spreading evenly to the edges. Put 1/2 cup mozzerella on top of cheese mixture. Place sliced pepperoni on top of cheese, then spread remaining pasta/onion/mushroom mixture, then mozzerella cheese.
Bake for 30-40 mins, until cheese is browning and bubbly. Allow to rest at least 5 mins before cutting.

Pasta with Five Fresh Herbs:

1 pound uncooked penne rigate
4 teaspoons extravirgin olive oil, divided
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 pints fresh cherry tomatoes
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1/2 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup (about 3 ounces) goat cheese, crumbled

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain. Place in a large bowl. Add 2 teaspoons olive oil, basil, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper to hot pasta, and toss well to combine.

Heat remaining 2 teaspoons oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add tomatoes and garlic; sauté 2 minutes. Add chives and thyme; sauté 1 additional minute or until tomatoes are slightly charred and skins are just beginning to burst. Add broth; bring to a boil. Cook over high heat 1 minute. Add tomato mixture and parsley to pasta; toss gently to combine. Sprinkle with cheese; serve immediately.

Yield: 6 servings (serving size: about 1 1/2 cups pasta and about 1 1/2 teaspoons cheese)

Here's a cold one that's quite nice... Boil some pasta twists (can't remember their proper name), and then run them under a cold tap once cooked, then in it chop cucumber, tomato, boiled egg, tinned tuna, add some mayonnaise and some boiled new potato, et voila. Eat with a little garlic baguette and a glass of red wine. Lovely.
