I am 34 and was married 3 years ago. If I found out my husband was cheating on me, and I am sorry to sound like such a quitter, but I would completely give up at that point - meaning I don't think I would ever want to date anyone again. My husband is 43 and he said the same thing to me after an argument we had. If our marriage doesn't last at this point in our lives, then neither of us want anyone else. I have rich and good-looking men flirt with me at work all of the time, but I would never cheat on my husband out of love for him and the disgust I would feel for myself the rest of my life for breaking our covenant. We were married in a church.

Move forward on with my life .. why stay with someone that is able to treat you that way in the first place. You deserve more and that is including someone that would really love and care for you.

im going under the the same circumstance, so i can't tell you to let go, because itis hard really, but i guess there is just nothing left for us to do.. unless we want to be so pathetic.... try to keep yourself busy so it will keep your mind off him / her and what she / he did... life is a learning experience learn from it, and use it to make you wiser so, it will help you find a better love next time... now, you know how much it hurts, make sure you don't cheat on someone else...

Break it off. I imagine you don't have kids with her, own a house with her or anything like that...so it's an easy break. You don't want someone who doesn't love you enough to be honest with you or committed to you.
