I highly recommend these books:

1) "Grammar in Use Intermediate With answers: Self-study Reference and Practice for Students of English" ("Grammar in Use") (Paperback)
by Raymond Murphy, William R. Smalzer

2) "Practical English Usage": 3RD Edition
by Micheal Swan

3) "Clear Speech Student's Book: Pronunciation and Listening Comprehension in American English", 3rd Edition (Paperback)
by Judy B. Gilbert

4) "Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary", Second Edition (Paperback)
by Elizabeth Walter (Editor)

By the way: We say "ARE there any guides to improve my English?"

Hope these help.

A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of online courses which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

Immerse yourself in the language. By forcing yourself to talk, read and write only in English you will improve your skills. If possible travel to a country where the language is spoken and only speak English. You can also try searching on-line for tutors or books on grammar and such. Good luck!

First of all, read. You will need to expand your vocabulary. Second, read. You need to master grammar and structure. Third, read... by this time, your grasp of and comprehension in English would have significantly improved.
