Well, that's a good question. Of course with anything that a person is born into, I'm sure that not all of them follow it. Some of them may have a basic moal foundation from which they live which is based on their Christian upbringing, but many probably don't actually follow what it really means to be a true Christian. Christians, however are not required to live perfect lives, because there is room for forgiveness of their misdeeds, although ideally they should strive to follow the rules, and if they make a mistake it's ok. Many though, don't follow the rules on purpose and that is bad. Many other religions are the same though, because when your religious laws were created hundreds or even thousands of years ago according to the laws and standard beliefs of morallity at the time, then a lot more people will be inclinde to not follow the rules than in a younger religion.

Christians follow 104 Bibles, non of them is 100 % correct and more over 105 edition is also going to be published. So how can we say that Christians are real Christians as they are not following the real book. They are Christians by birth. Christinas living in different countries follow different laws. Their way of worship is also different, as they do idol worship in India.

God did not put us on this earth to judge, He will deal with each of us according to our words, deeds, actions and the way we lived, this is what he told us to do:
Romans 8:16

16Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty (snobbish, high-minded, exclusive), but readily adjust yourself to [people, things] and give yourselves to humble tasks. Never overestimate yourself or be wise in your own conceits.(A)

Romans: 2:1
1THEREFORE YOU have no excuse or defense or justification, O man, whoever you are who judges and condemns another. For in posing as judge and passing sentence on another, you condemn yourself, because you who judge are habitually practicing the very same things [that you censure and denounce].
2[But] we know that the judgment (adverse verdict, sentence) of God falls justly and in accordance with truth upon those who practice such things.

6 For He will render to every man according to his works [justly, as his deeds deserve]:
