There is an animal rescue centre in Cape Town called D.A.R.G. which stands for Domestic Animal Rescue Group - they do excellent work

Yu could incorporate your name or town in the title and include any of the following:-

If you are just a rescure centre for cats, how about something like these:-
Pause (pun on paws and a word for rest)
Ding Dong Dell (from the rhyme, which continues (Yahoo removed this line!!)l, but you want to MAKE the cat's well. Sorry about the humour).
