How to turn down a really love sick guy? No matter how many times I tell him that I don't love him, he doesn't care!!! He's sooo annoying sometimes!!!

Try and talk to him again. Emphasize that you are seriously not interested in a relationship with him - friendship or otherwise. If he still doesn't listen, get a third party who can intervene.
If he still doesn't listen, be careful. Consult a lawyer and see if what he does classifies as stalking. There are laws in the U.S. that provide protection from stalkers. See if you can get a restraining order - the third party you consulted can later act as witness that you did not want to be stalked and that you do not have any relationship.

There's nothing like a persistant guy. How about a restraining order. Or just go out with a different guy for a while, he may get the hint!

Well you need to handle this guy with care...sound like a Stalker to me...who is mad or paranoid or both.....
Start dating someone and let him know....at the same time keep an eye on him...these type of guys can get voilent...and cause you harm....

Why should you tolerate him? You have to be brutal...a clean clear cut so that he doesnt have any misconceptions about how you feel.
But if he's really that lovesick, you'll have to let him down gently. Everyone goes throught a crush, and he's only human.

tell him your going to get a restraing order on him and you are going to call the police, I dont want to scare you but it could turn the other way to stalking then assault
