he is my boss. I admire him a lot but never told him. I never showed my feelings. i am very serious about my career and am kind of work-aholic. he too never said anything. But suddenly a month back he took my hand and said he wanna kiss me.
i refused and from that day he kept on asking for a kiss every now and then and I always said NO. He never expressed his feelings. I wanna know - does he likes me, loves me or just want a physical relationship.

awww. A secret crush, just remember this. Sometimes the crush is sweeter than the real thing. This is after all your work space.
I think its best not to go there if you are indeed worried about it affecting your career, he is your boss. If you do decide to explore this feeling any further, don't do it at work. If you really like this man, and it goes sour, your job WILL be affected.

Does he ask u out on a date? or try to make time for just the two of u? If not, and he only ask for a kiss now and then, he's into a physical relationship i think.

Don't tell him your feelings....he might take advantage of you. If he really wants to get to know you, he should ask you out sometime. If not, then he's in for a physical relationship.

Is he single like you? if he wants to start your relationship with a kiss, i think that's kinda fast. Have you shared other things like dinner, or coffee perhaps?
