y entire male rottie hates other dogs walking in his park?

My champion male rottie hates walking past other dogs in his park so he thinks, when I was showing him he didnt mind the other dogs at all but now he is retired its a another thing little dogs are the worst as they want to have a go at him any ideas, this dog went to puppy school and was oberience trained ?

Retrain him. When he nears another dog and reacts badly, tell him,"Leave It" and give a firm pull on his leash. Be sure to praise him when he does well. Keep at it, don't give up and your dog will be social again.

I don't know if this is true or false... but I have heard that while the Rottie's skull stops growing, his brain never does. it becomes increasingly painful and they go nuts. I hope its not true.

some one must have changed in his life for him to act like this did you ever have him around other dogs and pay more attention to them and about the small dogs they really ask for it.
