...reducing my protruding belly.i am slim and tall and obviously dont take that care.but now i;m gettin this belly which is looking very bad. i cant got to gym and work put.n i dont have any of those gym equipments.so plz suggest any home exercises.i do bit of cycling here n there.so if i cycle for a longer time wil that be enough?
