i have been with my girlfriend 13 yrs we have to kids together and we r buying a house together we havnt got married yet but do u think it is to late to ask her to marry me cos we have been together a long time already??

never too late! i've been with my fiance for 8 years and we've been living together and we're looking into buying a house together.
but i'm so so so happy to be marrying him in 8 weeks! i think after being together for so long and still wanting to "make if official" is a wonderful thing. it's because you want to, not because you feel pressured to.

For all you know, she might be waiting for it. Tomorrow she could wake up and think "I've been with this guy for 13 years and he STILL hasn't proposed???" and then she'll leave you.

It is never to late. Infact you should do it before you buy the house. Then she will not have to go throught the big hassle of changing her name afterwards.
