A girl that tell you that have a bf but came with you almost every time you ask her it is possibile to lie you about this "bf"? And if she lie about this what she realy mean?

This actually happened with me, I have this one friend who really liked me at one time. I went to him with all my questions concerning my boyfriend. It drove him to dislike him.
I believe it means that you make her feel better. You may have the qualities that her boyfriend doesn't have and it helps her feel refreshed? All us girls are different so it's hard to understand ANY of us.
Don't let it get to you! Stay friends because this could make you two closer. Maybe someday she'll realize who really is there for her and drop the boyfriend! Not in my case, but she probably likes you a bit, believe it or not.

Either she DOES have a bf, or she's just messing with you mind to make you WANT her bad. Just ask her friends or people who know her to see if this is true.

She might like you too much that eventhough she already has a bf, she still finds a way to see you or be with you.
