The best thing is a little white pill, known as Arnica Montana 6x...you can get it at the health food store, it is a miracle worker...dissolve about four to six under your tongue, and you are going to be amazed at how quick the muscle cramps disappear...I get them all the time in my legs..and they are gone within minutes when I do this...Just passing on a little miracle pill,...and any age can take it with no side effects...please, don't waste time on anything else,.and of course, gator aide, and lots of water too.. and for the person who voted negatively against this suggestion..you must not have tried it...or you would have really known how great it works!!!
