Hi,
To give you the fact, she is referring to M/s Sonia Gandhi, who, by birth an Italian had married the late Rajiv Gandhi(India's ex prime minister). Now, she is the president of the Congress party, which is in Power.
To judge a person working for a country, we only need to know if the concerned person is patriotic and an able administrator. The place of birth, religion, race, etc should never be a criteria. So long as we do not give in to such prejudice, the country will be the gainer.
P.S : In my personal opinion, she needs a lot more, in comarison with certain other political leaders.

Sonia Gandhi is an intellgent woman.She is not in government but is the president of congress who are in power at present.She is in india since last 40 years. She finds India to be a wonderful country and all Indians to be godfearing and nice people.
Long Live India.
India has lot of respect for Russia and was very sad when Russia broke into pieces. May Russia -- India be good friends all the time.
