usually realmedia or avi is not supported
use these codecs
for Real: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Real_Alternative.htm
for avi n few others http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm
just download and install.

That just means that your player does not recognize the file extension that you are trying to play. You will need to go download another version of the song that is compatible with your player.

get the upgrade codecs to play almost all kinds of media files. it's called k-lite codec pack (full).
