YES. The T in SRT stands for TURBO.
It was built with one at the factory.

The Srt-4 Comes with a 2.4 litre DOHC a Stage 1 turbo setup straight from the dealer. You can also opt for the Stage 2 turbo which basically means there is an intecooler and remapped ECU and other mechanics added to make the turbo spool up faster. They have up to Stage 3 for street model cars nad Stage 4 and up for track and rally cars.
Sadly they stopped making the Neon SRT-4 in 2005.

Um ya... if it says SRT-4 on it... it has a turbo. Althogh the SRT-4 neon did meet it's demise with the rest of the neon line in 05, they will be making the Caliber into a SRT vehicle coming out shortly with the same 2.4L turbo and getrag transmission as the neon.
