If you are asking if someone you love will be successful, you need a fortune teller.
If you are asking if your love will succeed, it depends on if it is unconditional love, and then it is it's own success.
If you are asking if by loving someone you will get their love in return, that is conditional, and therefore you have expectations that you will most likely be disappointed by the results.
